Jack Solve, a 1950's noir styled private eye, who appears to be making a modest living with his only daily expenses being booze and smokes. One day, a sweet girl - Jesse Shoot comes to him for her Framed Event which has already puzzled her for one year.

While everyone doesn't believe Jessie, only Jack trusts her and tries to help her. Jack is Jesse's last chance to prove her innocence. After Jack's investigation, he finds something interesting and something strange, and the result also astonish both Jessie and him.
